Your child will discover that eating the right food and being active is a fun and important part of life. By teaching them these practices from a young age it ensures that they adopt these same positive healthy attitudes for the rest of their life.

This story follows a young boy named Dave who learns from his father about the importance of keeping a healthy diet and regular exercise/activity. Dave's father teaches this by explaining how their car needs the right fuel, maintenance and to be driven regularly to stay in the right shape. This is an effective way of teaching children to be healthy by giving them a better way of understanding through a metaphorical story.

Instilling a positive mind set, this MP3 story can also help your child automatically choose healthy foods, and be more active. It will help assist obese children with weight control issues and steer them back on the right track. This is important in relation to setting the right foundations while children are young so that obesity does not become a problem in later life.

This audio program is designed to help children with:

  • Weight control and obesity
  • Eating more healthy foods
  • Understand the importance of maintaining a balanced diet
  • Understand the importance of being active
  • Motivation to get out of the house and have some fun play time
  • To be healthier, happier and improve overall wellbeing

This Program Gives Your Child Knowledge, Understanding and Positive Action

To use this program play it every night just before your child goes to sleep of a night time or during the day. Use it at least once a day for 6 to 8 weeks with every 7th day allocated as a 'break day' where they do not have to use the recording.

Children love listening to this story, and with repeated use the positive metaphorical messages will become part of their pattern and attitude towards being healthy, active and eating healthy foods.
